Program Overview

The RESET Anger Program is a structured and personalised anger management and emotional regulation program designed for individuals wanting to better understand and manage anger in healthier and more constructive ways.

Anger management support helping individuals build emotional control and healthier communication

This is a voluntary program focused on personal growth, emotional awareness, and practical behavioural change.

Many people entering RESET are not looking for punishment or judgement — they are looking for clarity, control, and a calmer way forward.

The program begins with a comprehensive intake and assessment, followed by eight personalised one-on-one sessions tailored to your circumstances, triggers, and goals.

Together, we work toward understanding what sits beneath anger, how it develops, and how healthier responses can be built over time.

Why Choose RESET?

RESET is designed for people who are committed to meaningful and lasting change.

Rather than simply trying to suppress anger, the focus is on understanding it, responding differently, and developing healthier ways of communicating and relating.

This is not about labelling you as an angry person.

It is about understanding the patterns that keep creating frustration, conflict, and emotional escalation — and learning practical ways to interrupt them.

The program provides a supportive, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where difficult emotions can be explored safely and constructively.
